Each individual may hold only one rft88 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — identified by matching name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — may be closed and all associated balances forfeited. rft88 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by rft88 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution rules stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts or using arbitrage strategies — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
All transactions at rft88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be made to accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the rft88 account. rft88 does not accept deposits from third parties and reserves the right to return deposits made via unverified payment methods.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting tools or bots, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of match-fixing are strictly prohibited on rft88. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, with all balances frozen pending investigation.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any gaming service offered by rft88. If a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be closed immediately and any Balance or winnings will be forfeited.

Members who access rft88 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and rft88 accepts no liability arising from such access.
Each Member may maintain only one Account with rft88. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — may be closed at rft88's discretion. The Balance of any secondary Account may be forfeited and any winnings generated on a secondary Account may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account and must update your details promptly if they change. Providing false information, including a false name, false date of birth, or a payment method not registered in your own name, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your rft88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify rft88 promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
rft88 customer support will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from rft88, treat it as a phishing attempt and change your password immediately.
rft88 Accounts are for personal use only. They may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Using an Account on behalf of another individual, or allowing any other individual to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
All deposits to rft88 Accounts must be made from payment accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name. rft88 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity, rft88 reserves the right to return the deposit (less any applicable processing fees) and place the Account under review.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed within the rft88 deposit section at the time of transaction. rft88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels (subject to availability): Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and Visa/Mastercard.
rft88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. rft88 accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the verified rft88 Account. rft88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If a Member has not previously completed identity verification, rft88 will request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. The required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
rft88 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts, subject to the processing capabilities of the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider. Withdrawal timelines are indicative and rft88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or public holidays.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the rft88 withdrawal section. rft88 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes and will communicate such limits to affected Members.
rft88 may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback credits, or other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including any wagering requirements, validity periods, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and game contribution rates.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Withdrawing your real-money Balance while a wagering requirement is outstanding may result in the automatic cancellation of any associated Bonus Funds.
rft88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Member is found to have abused any promotion — including by registering multiple Accounts, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting software errors — rft88 may cancel the promotion, void associated winnings, and take such further action as it considers appropriate.
All bets placed at rft88 are final once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the details of any wager — including the selection, stake, and odds or game variant — before confirming. rft88 accepts no liability for wagers placed in error by the Member.
rft88 reserves the right to void any wager that has been accepted in error, including where the displayed odds or game parameters contained an obvious error, where the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where technical error caused an incorrect outcome to be displayed.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply across all game categories and are displayed within each game or betting market. rft88 may adjust these limits at any time and for any Member without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rft88 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the rft88 Platform — including but not limited to the rft88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of rft88 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any rft88 content without prior written permission.
rft88 does not grant any licence to Members beyond the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rft88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

rft88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rft88 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

rft88 may suspend or terminate a Member's Account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. On suspension or termination for cause, rft88 may withhold any Balance pending investigation and may forfeit winnings derived from prohibited activity.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting rft88 customer support. On closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
rft88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their Account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of rft88 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact rft88 support to arrange Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rft88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
